The first big mistake is most of us don't realize we're designers, so we're doing this very haphazardly. We use what is first in our mind is what we tell people. What will happen is the thing that you think a first. It may not even be where you want to go. But in general, i think neglecting choice architecture is the biggest mistake that we make. The other thing i would say is deciding how to present information to people is almost a secret power that you have,. ow that it actually something that is a source of your ability t help other people.
