The Effects of Habitual Activities on Subjective Well-Being
A lot of increases and fluctuations in subjective well-being can be wrapped into our activities of daily living. Things like expressing gratitude, performing acts of kindness, savoring, mindfulness, self-compassion, little things like this it seems to be that you know in our sort of habitual patterns of acting in daily life can also have a big influence on our happiness as well beyond these sort of larger life events some of these activities can definitely increase subjectiveWell-being at least in the short term.
