EDF's £200 Alternative Fuel Payment Hasn't Arrived Yet

There is no £29,000 saving threshold for not-paying tax. You are allowed to earn £1,000 of interest per year as a basic rate taxpayer. But you do not get that it's allowance if you're lucky enough to be a top 45% rate taxpayer earning over £150,000.
