The Dombas Region of Eastern Ukraine

Ukrainian officials have said that the fate of the country could be decided in the ongoing fighting in the dombas region. Since the 20 14 invasion, that area has been led by by russian separatist movements. Ukraineis made up of 24 regions, 24 oblasts, two of them in the east of the country, luhansk to the north, and donez to the south.
