Genesis has announced that they have reached a deal with DCG and several ad hoc creditor groups of Genesis capital. Estimates here say about an 80% recovery and then you get some equity kicker. So I don't know. It looks like it's a solution. Well, that seems conditionally pending this actually being approved by all relevant parties.
