How I Discovered Shame
I felt a lot of shame around it for some reason. Like shame in doing what my parents did or feeling like I was just- It's not about you, but it's like all of you. So then I started auditioning for like the high school plays. And I'm like, oh, do you wanna do like a monologue? Yeah. Then I really missed performing being on stage. Just probably the thing I had loved so much about dance. Initially, just like that, look at me, but not me. Do something else. Express yourself.
