Psychosocial risk management or psychological health and safety there's a lot of interesting providers trying to get into the market. I've seen everything sold from this is the NASA based psychodrama program that will make your staff more resilient to gut health. Some of these things are fundamentally dangerous they don't just take away from and remove resources from those people who might actually need it but can legitimately do more harm so I think we've got to be really careful.
