Sometimes we'll see what are called spiritual narcissists. And we often see them in philanthropic work. So people will say, I didn't even see that coming. They were so into animal rights or women's rights or children's rights. When we look at narcissism, it's much more of a defensive reactive disorder. You remember avoiding that shame with anti-social personality disorder. It can actually cause real serious physical harm, emotional harm to people. The laws do not apply to these people. They're completely disorganized. They're cold and reptilian. Sometimes they're violent."
