Do You Think the District Court Should Have Given Summary Judgment?
The supreme court turned this way. It was on what's called the shadow docket, an emergency request. The student group is now saying, please vacate the stay so we have an injunction again. So they've already got three votes im at the supreme court. If they can get the case there, or likely do, the supreme court would say, o this is a preliminary vote on something like this. Doesn't tell you exactly how we'll vote at the end of the day, but it usually does.
