How to Use Bottom Sheets in a Small Model

Strava users will understand what I mean when they are working with the roots. We don't show to model sheets on top of each other. When we have taps in one model sheet page, we keep the height fixed because we don't want the user to be distracted by the height changes. Once we have some rules, for example, you should handle the scroll use case, but nature like it should be very natural that you make it scolable by default as a user.
