The Moral Right to Abortion Is Not Dependent on Personhood
For Warren, personhood itself means that you have incurred obligations. She wants to make an exception for the case of rape because those obligations get superseded by that activity. The moral right to obtain abortion is not the least dependent on the extent to which a woman is responsible for her pregnancy.
