Is the Sixth Vote Requireen to Overturn Legislation?

The real problem with e seven vote requirement or eight vote requirement is that overturning legislation, meaning, like, invalidating congressional legislation, is a very, very, very small percentage of what the supreme court does. What they're usually doing is interpreting legislation. So if you imposed a super majority requirement to invalidate a law, what they would do is just interpret it in such a way that functionally invalidates it. Like rit roberts didn't get rid of the a c a, but he got rid of the medicate expansion. And that's why i think that this really gets us not nowhere, but not far at all.
