The Commonality Is Eating Enough Protein

Eating enough protein and enough is usually about a gram of protein per pound of lean body mass all the way at the low end. And if you have weight to lose, that's a pretty good bracketing. So I wouldn't call this an opinion piece. But here's the thing with it: The meat that you buy at Walmart or a Costco is usually part of what we call the KFO system. Even the confined area feedlot system spends 70-75% of its life on grass. Just a lot of regenerative ranchers don't have other options other than putting their meat into the KFO System.
