A lot of mindfulness practices can support people in learning how to see those feelings as they're rising. As you catch it, you can kind of be like the roller coaster that's going up the hill and you're able to stop at the top before it starts flying to the bottom. And even if you're, you don't have to repress is what I want to be clear about here, that there's a version of this where we stopped at the top. All the energy has been gathered up. We still have all that energy. It goes from being the nine emotional experience to being a four or five. The whole point of this is about becoming more at choice.
