Tracy V. Wilson: I briefly thought about doing a history of the tomato because there's just so much stuff there that really fascinates me. Holly Fry: We've also done histories of specific foods before, but as I looked at this, it just increasingly seemed maybe not workable for tomatoes. But today we do have one piece of it that it's this whole thing. It's its own thing, which is next versus head in.
