i think for, you know, the reason we have a thought, iis because it did serve us, because it got us to where we are. One of the first break through that i had with money was, well, if i have money, than none of my friends will want to hang out with me and i won't be able to relate to them. It's ok to please other people, but are you pleasing you? Are you putting yourself out and not living your life for you because you ant that validation? But again, like it makes sense if we think having success in the financial realm, however, we define that whenw we're not punk enough for our friends.
For the next four weeks, we'll be diving into the concept of money as medicine and how our relationship with money affects our overall well-being. Today Michelle is speaking with Victoria Albina, NP, MPH, and I coach, helping codependent folks socialize as women to stop feeling anxious, exhausted, and overwhelmed, so they can have better relationships with their partners, parents, and themselves.
