He broke it down by lamppost and then when you have that checked okay be where my feet are next lamppost rather than I've got eight miles to go and I feel horrible. If we can break the effort into chunks we can tell our brain hey you only need to keep this effort or this feeling to that lamppost or this lap or this minute your brain's like oh we can do thatwe can do that and it'll relax.
