How to File a Domestic Relations Financial Affidavit
The first thing you should do when you know you've got to do a domestic relations financial affidavit is together as many documents as you can. If you don't know the answer, you're better off putting a question mark because you're affirmatively saying, I don't know and I don't have access to the information to say one way or another. Don't just assume that the document is accurate. Go through fine tooth comb, make sure that it's all accurate. Once you sign and have it notarized, it's a lock.
