The Importance of Sweat Concentration Testing

For every liter of fluid you lose in sweat, you'll lose about a kilo of body weight. Sweat rates are probably the easiest one that people can do themselves. To get an estimate of your sweat rate, weigh yourself before and after a training session or even a race if you've got the capacity to.
