The Left's Ineffectiveness in Public Libraries

There has been zero R and D by conservatives put into public libraries as far as I can tell. There's an entire sort of government functioning at the local level predominantly, in which it's entirely a structurally leftist profession. And there's not even one conservative studying it. It's been a field that's been completely abandoned.
