Is There a Difference Between Arian and Drovidian?

Matara uchiha says even though arian invasion migration to rism has been proved wrong, why do we still divide our languages into arien and ravidian? That's what the system does. The languages have been artificially divided by colonizers into these two fake, artificial categories, arion and drovidian. So there are so many reforms that need to be done. There is a long way to go, but hopefully we are going in the right direction. This government clearly wants to make it happen.
