Complexity and Chaos
In complexity there has to be this low level of unpredictability if there's too much then You get chaos or you get complete disorder. We know if the temperature goes too high we sweat If the temperature went too low we shiver and get goosebumps. So our bodies have Freedom to react in different ways and that freedom comes from this low level randomness It's called quenched disorder. And so the example I use in the book and in my talks is a food line of ants, it looks like all the lance are following the food line going back between The sugar cube out here and the colony back and forth and back and forth.
