How to Use New Terminology in Real Life

The only challenge I can say when I started the community interpreter you see you have some terminology in English what do you think in French or in Italian is different yeah so I don't want to think in French anymore because of some terminology make you far away from the subject. The way our brain works for example if I say bread in your mind bread pops in like the visual right whether it be bread from your country bread from Britain bread pops in your mind because in your brain there's already a trigger.
