Roxanne Jones: I'm really bad at having a good definition of what developers should actually know and do. So it's very good for me to work very close together with people that don't really have that. She says always challenge yourself when it comes to slicing, make sure that you're being clear why you're leaving things out in the first place. "Think about quick wins" is one advice she gave her listeners as they went through this transformation.
