What's the Difference Between a Culture and a Job?

There's this sort of mild consensus of sort of half cultures that are happening at work. And it would be a really wonderful thing if people would be clearer about the culture they're wanting to create. I'd like to see companies go out there and try to make a transactional company work just for the heck of it. They can probably actually learn that people are human.
