The case was regarded by the industry as a humanga steel. It did threaten to upend, rightly or wrongly, a massive body of code and practice in the software industry. Google didn't come up with this idea of re using interfaces, ye? I mean, every single company i know of does. The jaba itself uses a bunch of interfaces from earlier programming languages. Everything builds on what comes before it.
