Hassle Crime Trial

The point of a hate crime trial is to show any one else who might commit such acts of violence, or similar acts of violence in the future. A video showing them chasing arbury through their neighborhood will be a keypiece of evidence. The judge rejected the plea deal because family had a problem with these perpetrators going to federal prison as upposed state prison. That's a awful comment on the system if it makes that much ofa difference whether you're in state prison or federal prison.
