Am, you knew verella from when you were growing up. And and then eventually, am, you came to work with him. Can you describe a little bit about that work? Yes. So he had been, for a number of years, a practising tibetan buddhist,. He was studying buddhist philosophy while in his professional life, he was an experimental nerobiologist. Was mainly working on issues having to do with vision and visual perception. Also more kind of general theoretical issues about the nature of life, biological life. But we wound up writing what eventually became the book of the embodied mind together.
