But we also know that if someone has that genetic risk, they can very significantly delay things by taking care of physical activity and other conditions. The third thing that's really interesting and there's a lot of growing evidence is around infections. And I certainly see within my patients that having the current urinary tract infections is something that really kind of adds and drives the development of conditions like dementia as well.
