Is There Any Way to Get Away From Inflation?
The last major inflationary cycles we had in the US were 1940s, 1970s. Both of those took well above a decade and the average level of inflation was around 5% with several peaks and troughs throughout. Once high inflation materializes, as it is right now, it takes a very long time to resolve. We think that we're going to have an elevated period of commodities that are going to flow into inflation.
