The Importance of Usability Feedback in IoT Devices

The key with IoT is that actually there is an answer. There is a way to figure that out much easier than for traditional non-connected devices. So there's just so much power in data that you can unlock by just making sure you study the data in the development process. I'm very curious to see and learn maybe not necessarily in this conversation, but as you all grow, how this plays a role on the kind of industrial, the enterprise commercial side of things.
