The way access consciousness works is if you're aware of what you're choosing, you can change it. And I think for me, one of the things about like the medium kind of clingy is that one of the most dynamic tools I ever learned was energy flows. So often when people are like meeting and they're sucking and they're trying to pull and pull and pull, the more you resist the pull, the stronger that pull gets. The more you kind of like magnet thing, like the opposing things they push against each other. There's some more energy energy pools as well. Get yourself to a foundation class.
