Whether Trump Kept on to These Documents, or Not?

It's not clear to me whether trump held on to these documents due to their contents, or that he kind of wanted to keep them for a particular reason. I mean, we may never know, just given how these things, how these things operate. The present united states, during a full term in office, sees tons of classified material. So i don't think it's that these, he was just kind of keeping everything. That kind of doesn't make sense, right?
