Deep Calls to Deep the Psalms in Dialogue Amid Disruption

Reen: The pandemic has exposed deep, deep divisions with american culture regarding how it was to be handled on and and the science. Much biblical literature was written in a time of national historical disruption,. particularly the exile and the destruction of the southern kingdom. And so out of those two things, disruption and the dire need for dialogue, that those are the two concerns that brought me back to the psalms.
