The first thing is of course, we want to minimize hypoxemia and hypercarbienyl alkalosis. We really want to maintain our oxygen saturations above 94, 95%. IV critical steroids are important. Induction drugs, cell phone and ketamine have been described; can it be useful for its vaso, sorry, bronchodulatory effects? Even though sex and choline does cause a release of histamine, the benefits of good intubating conditions probably outweighing pregnant patients.
