Is There a Constitution of Knowledge?

Voters need to more consistently punish politicians who brazenly lie, for example. We will never live in a country where everyone agrees on facts because disagreement is where knowledge comes from. Congress just quietly passed a bill that makes it harder for a politicized president to fire inspectors general. So you need to have all those institutional defenses throughout government.
