How to Talk to People at an Individual Level

i do not know how to talk to people at an individual level that, well, i just don't a the experience doing it. I'm slightly awkward in person, honestly. And so am and and i think that my listeners, some of the feedback that i've gotten as they've learned, like, a lot of valuable things from this show, and they have, they struggle with some of the same things.
