The White Wolf's Origins
Bylong was born in 1873 into a wealthy rural family. He enlisted in the Bayoung army for a short time, then turned to banditry. Bylong's armies continued to grow in size, fueled by policies like opening prisons and offering deserters double their salary if they would join him.
