How Do You Know if Your Strategy Is Working?
Carson: I think a good strategy should have some way of understanding if they're working kind of baked into them. And obviously, you can't run everything from metrics as such. They're just having some idea upfront about what a good scenario looks like for you. So that you can track whether those numbers are moving in the right direction might give you a shout as to whether it's working or not. We could push it goes to like 22 minutes or something as well.
