The soil monster is one thing I mean, that's easier to integrate than The fucking child you've been protecting right? That's the hardest one for me. If we're gonna say this authentic self like wherever you are emotionally or however You define your mental illness. It manifests itself as being incredibly emotionally immature. And yeah, and so you just sort of you know guarded this kid and now like i'm 55 And that kid's 10 and it's like how do I you know get that up in speed? Right. How does that integration come like I you know, I'm sober a long time so integrating demons and understanding themYou know, I can I can live with them.
