Track and field star Molly Hagan had her daughter about seven months ago. She says she tried to get a maternity clause in her contract but it was denied by Sockney, the company where she works. But now they're allowing her to use research on how long it takes to return from pregnancy after having a baby. "It's much too much slower process than what a lot of women had done previously," she said.
