Paul's Decision-Making in Ministry

This passage brings up a variety of issues which we cover one at a time. Some pastors think this passage means that churches should be tithing to the state of Israel. What it really teaches us about giving is quite helpful in making decisions about your own budget as well as how the church takes care of the poor. We also learn about how to make good decisions when you don’t know exactly what the Holy Spirit is guiding you to do, using Paul as our example.
