Is Ucrane a Candidate in the Vew?

i was quite sceptical about em giving ukrane a candidate status. And my, my position has actually moved em. i think it's the right thing to do at the current situation. A ta, full membership of ucrane in theew, once it is in the vew, has many, many implications. I mean, it is very close to article five in the nato context. It immediately raises not just sort of promises for financial support, but also, of course, ther is a clear security dimension to a membership.
