The reason teachers and coaches are overpaid is because we invest time in kids lives. Because of that, we work way above our 40 hours a week. It's so like David so well said: If your if Jackie's increase over 13 years was from the mid 40 range to the mid 60 range with inflation moving at the rate it is, they are going to get buried.
