The Importance of Vitamin D in the Winter

Vitamin D is synthesized via sunlight, so it's really our levels of vitamin... I mean, there are some food products that have some vitamin D. Most people would probably recommend most people to supplement vitamin D through the winter, if not all year round. Getting ill obviously really sort of hinders your training and climbing. Cravings are quite a common around that high hormone phase or around that PMS time. It's completely acceptable from time to time to have the odd treat,. but I've personally found that really has helped with my cravings. And you might find that the cravings just naturally diminish. Having said that, it's also just normal to want to eat tasty things
