We have been built to sleep in the early afternoon, when it's the hottest time of the day. Having a big, heavy lunch, especially one that has lots carbohydrates, will tend to make you sleephere. It's actly quite good for you to have a nap here in theEarly afternoon. So that is just the natural part of being human. That's so interesti yet, i love, i i love working on around four o'clock.
