We talked about how you mentioned that our thoughts aren't private. We basically have access to everything if we really know and understand that we do. I wonder what effect does it have on other people when we have stored emotions versus we choosing to be those people that release them? For me, one of the biggest things about being a mom, all of a sudden I'm like, okay, I've been working on a lot of things, releasing a lots of things. And so it's motivated me even more to get in touch with some of the things that I'm still holding on to.
