Is the iPad OS Beta?

I thought some of the radar, not radar, feedback or whatever they call it for the iPad OS beta. After I used the newest iPad, I'm like, oh, maybe it's just because my iPad is old that these like shortcuts aren't running and focus mode is timing out. It was out of I movie faster on the iPad then on the Mac mini - there's got to be some kind of logic behind this.
