Is Joe Biden Going to Pander?

I don't think Joe Biden can name what he has for breakfast. He's going there to pander. What do you want him to legislate? Talk about black equity. Go talk about the George Floyd police tonight. There's a million things he can be talking about. I like the George Floyd policing act. Getting rid of qualified immunity would change a lot of things. It protects state and local officials, including law enforcement officers from individual liability unless the official violated a clearly established constitutional right.
