The Color Revolution Strategy and the Growth of the Global South

I think the, the color revolution strategy, you know, and techniques developed over a number of decades. And it makes me think that there might have been a time in the, on the American project where it was more conducive to dynamic thinkers or they were able to somehow get more smart people interested in working for them. I think maybe the incentives or the beliefs are not there. People don't have confidence in it. There's too many other opportunities for people that know how to do things. Right? The sun manages it and the, and the grandkids squander it, right? That's what it is.
